Developmental Coaching
Developmental Coaching uses the Integral Psychology framework, which says we can, with intention and practice, evolve up to higher and more holistic views and understanding of the world and ourselves within the world. Developmental coaching helps clients understand the Integral framework, their own levels and lines of developmental needs and to achieve developmental goals.
Developmental coaching may focus on goals for:

- Personal development goals – define areas of interest and focus.
- Work through lines of development that may be stuck or frozen.
- These are shame-based issues that may be family based, religion based, professional history, or struggles with current and/or past peers.

- Realize a sense of life-purpose
- Connect with broader aspects of human existence
